Registered Massage Therapists
We are seeking a number of skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists to join our wellness team.
The ideal candidate will have talented hands in a variety of techniques, work well within a team environment with the ability to create a safe and healing environment for clients. This role involves assessing client needs, providing therapeutic massage treatments, and maintaining a high standard of client care.
Immediate action/start dates immediate.
Duties
Conduct assessments of clients’ physical conditions and needs to determine appropriate treatment plan and client home care.
Perform a variety of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue and sports massages.
Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
Stay up to date on continuing education and industry standards as per the registered governing body.
Requirements
- Create a safe, nurturing space for clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic pain.
- Registered and in good standing with a governing body.
- 2200 hour (minimum) diploma for Massage Therapy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and co-workers.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage for physical and emotional wellness, including how massage supports the body’s natural healing.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Dependable, High Integrity and Work Ethic as well as being a Motivated Self Starter

Pay
Varies depending on the person’s background and what the RMT would like as a schedule and hours worked.
Possible yearly income: As Employee Full Time or Contract – $ 104,500 per year – $ 150,150
